Nos

Real-time clinical copilot · EMS

Nothing gets lost
between the scene and the ED.

Nos is a real-time AI teammate for paramedics. It listens to the scene, watches the patient, builds a live clinical picture, flags safety risks the instant they appear, and hands the emergency department a complete, structured report.

Why we built this

Critical detail, spoken once, gone by the hospital doors.

Paramedics make life-or-death calls while doing ten things at once. An allergy mentioned at the door, a blood thinner buried in the history, the exact minute chest pain started — said aloud, then lost in the rush of the transport.

Our mission is simple: capture everything that is said and seen on scene, reason over it in real time with a team of specialized agents, and deliver the receiving ED a perfect handoff — so no detail dies in the back of an ambulance.

A collaborative AI workforce

Six specialists, one shift.

01

Transcription

Live speech-to-text with paramedic / patient speaker labels.

02

Extraction

Pulls allergies, medications, conditions, and symptoms from the transcript.

03

Timeline

Assembles a time-anchored narrative of the entire call.

04

Safety

Flags missed follow-ups, drug interactions, and NREMT gaps.

05

Research

Looks up drug interactions and clinical protocols against live sources.

06

Handoff

Generates the structured ED report for the next shift.

From scene to handoff

01

Scene arrival

Mic and camera go live the moment you reach the patient.

02

Live capture

Speech, vitals, telemetry, and what the camera sees merge into one picture.

03

Real-time safety

Six agents cross-check every stated fact as the call unfolds.

04

Handoff

Turns a messy scene into a clean report for the receiving ED.

Defensible by design

Nos only flags what was actually said, written on a label, or seen by the camera — never an inference from age alone.

Missed follow-up

Chest pain at 0:00, not revisited in 3 minutes.

Stated med + context

Warfarin on board with new chest pain.

Vision cross-check

Aspirin vial scanned on a patient already on warfarin.
